Healthcare GDPR compliance: turn obligations into evidence

We structure compliance around your real processing activities: health data, responsibilities, processors, risks, documentation and decisions that must stay current.

Who it is for

Healthcare facilities, coordinated-care organisations, social-care providers, digital-health vendors and organisations processing health data.

When to call us

Situations that trigger the need

The best time to structure the issue is before an urgent request, procurement process or inspection dictates the timetable.

Your record of processing activities no longer matches what teams actually do.

A new project, vendor or data flow changes your processing environment.

A buyer, management team, investor or authority asks for documented evidence.

You need a prioritised action plan rather than another layer of disconnected documents.

Our work

What we put in place

A clear scope, identified deliverables and a handover that can be used by the teams responsible for decisions, operations and assurance.

  • Mapping of processing activities and data flows.
  • Initial record of processing activities or critical review of the existing one.
  • Review of processors and contracts requiring attention.
  • Screening for processing activities that require a DPIA.
  • Prioritised 90-day and 12-month roadmap.
  • Management-level handover and ongoing governance structure.
Frequently asked questions

Before we start

Where should we start if we do not know the main gaps?

The Health Compliance Diagnostic is designed to identify the priority risks first. If the compliance foundation then needs to be built or rebuilt, the next engagement can use that assessment as its starting point.

Is a full DPIA included in the compliance foundation?

The foundation includes DPIA screening. Where a full impact assessment is needed, it is scoped separately so the processing, risks, measures and decisions can be documented properly.

Can you reuse our existing GDPR documentation?

Yes. The objective is not to recreate usable work, but to verify it, identify gaps and align documentation with actual practices.
